There are possibly only two times you will ship to me. the first is when you send me a cable and the second is a repair or upgrade. Since we don't do refunds, because we build to order, those are the only two occasions.

Use this address exactly as shown below, cut and paste if you wish. They will use United Parcel Service and deliver to me direct to my safety box.
SHIP TO: means you pay for the item and they ship it to me. Thats the procedure. If you don't, you are wasting time and money. Think, it goes to you and then you have to send it to me and that doubles the shipping time and cost and you wanted it yesterday, right?
If you belong to the NAPP, National Association Of Photoshop Professionals, and you order from B&H they will give you free shipping or six dollar two day service. Just log onto NAPP and then under discounts and vendors find B&H and hit the tab.
Also if they ask for a local verifiable telephone number it is (727) 812-8101. Thats all you need. There is no extra charge for shipping to me and you save a few dollars and time. And I get the advantage of a better work flow which works out for you.

√ FOR A RETURN or UPGRADE - USE United States Postal Service PRIORITY MAIL
I prefer for you to use USPS PRIORITY MAIL when sending a return, DIN, or upgrade. I have specific reasons for this choice. USPS FLAT RATE Boxes Are Free at Post Office and the FRB-1 or medium size flat rate can hold up to twenty pounds at one flat fee. It is $10.80.
√ Do not ask for a signature card, it will signature automatically when dropped to me.
It has FREE tracking for delivery. It has a great track record. I ship and receive 800 to 1000 boxes a year and have had zero damage from the USPS. Delivered right to my door. Cuts my costs, and when I save, you save. and it's fast, I usually get the box from you in two days sometimes three. If your zone gets it here in two days, I can turn it around to you within the week if you do it right. They deliver on Saturday too.
√ Fast cross country combined with total hot glue sealing cuts down on theft and pilferage means less damage and less change of pilferage. Actually 0% in five years. and it fits in my drop box if I am not here to receive it.

I have allergies. Use newspaper please, peanuts are not friendly to the environment or me. They collect and carry germs as they get recycled. Recycled peanuts attract allergens and I get plenty that are dirty. They go flying with the ceiling fans on. Just wrap securely in NEWSPAPER.

I am in a gated secure community with watchdog neighbors and a really great Post Office. It's like having FREE security coverage. Mail is not a problem here. We have large drop box's, and packages do get received. If it needs a signature and I am not here, I will be standing on line wasting time sometimes an hour or two at the Post Office. Those little "You Were Not Here Notes", get lost, seldom stick well to the doors, fly off and the last package got lost two weeks, before we knew it had arrived.

Sometimes we get a package from "BILLY BOB's Swedish Smorgasbord and PIT BARBECUE". And I am supposed to know it's from William Glickinpooper, Cosnobia, Connecticut. Drives me nuts, almost as bad as peanuts. And then the PayPal has even another name and chaos. All these things cause delays and we pride ourselves in 24 hr repairs and on the way back to you.

Postage please for the return. Cash, Check is fine, most items range from $5.00 for cables to $10.00 return Priority MAIL plus a few dollars for handling if the circumstance requires it. In this modern worldwide business I personally handle your claim of the product not performing, but how do we know it was not caused by something in your home, a surge or brownout, short or an act of GOD. We don't and I do everything in my power to handle things. All I usually ask for a repair is return postage after warranty of one year.

Since Canada was not on the list of countries we invaded this year, surprisingly enough... we have good news! Better Service!
Effective in most locations, The US Postal Service (USPS) and the Canadian Postal Service will have mutual tracking. Now in effect is
"simplified service" meaning parcel packaging and supplies have been unified. I prefer shipping via the Postal Service to Canada and International and the service is excellent, cheaper rates. A lot less hassle on Customs for some reason.
