POLE CLIPS
FOR TUXEDO AVAILABLE NOW (What's a pole clip?)
- Hint: It's not a buzz cut in Warsaw.
it's an inexpensive replacement for those thirty dollar light stand
adapters the other guys sell to hang battery packs on.
These are pole clips. They are made from
readily available hangers found in the electrical department of Lowes or
Home depot and they are used for attaching conduit to walls or ceilings.

We add SHRINK TUBING to make
the metal less prone to scratch your light stands and to get a good grip
on the metal surface.

The bolt comes with it but I
prefer to enlarge the capture end with a 1/4 inch drill so that the bolt
swings or free wheels and then use a lock nut or NY-LOK on the thread to
make it stay tight.

VOILA!!! "Mon
Shootiere". If you buy the parts at Lowes or Home Depot you average
about a dollar to 1.30. Actually finding the wide shrink tubing and lock
nuts adds to the chase. I'll make about a hundred at a time and they will cost you
$3.00 each ready to go. Now that's fair!

You now have a hanger for the Tuxedo. Slip the pole clip on the apex
of the hanger and use a simple wire tie to put it together. The really
brave can simply use the supplied self tapping screw for a more robust
connection but whatever don't drill the case, drill the loop in the Tuxedo.
Drill a 1/16 hole in the apex of the inchworm pole clip on the Tuxedo. Screw
in the supplied screw.

Again,
Drilling into the hanger is OK but not into the case. Now we will make you
Clips for $3.00 each which is a lot cheaper than 30 to 40 dollars the other
guys get. And priority mail postage is only $4.60 to get those pole
clips and pole cats together.

Module for the Vivitar, includes 16 gauge cable, DIN plug to battery pack
and converting your battery clip to a module, installing, cutting door,
soldering tabs, supplying two fake batteries, and pinning in place.
You will not have to pay for a module. Also cord is 4-6-or 8 feet long to
use on a light stand at no extra charge.
